How much does membership cost?
By joining Hepatitis NSW you will be contributing to the state-wide response to hepatitis C and will receive quarterly posted copies of The Hep Review. Please read the membership information in the following sections and complete as much of the membership form as possible. We use industry-standard security and encryption to ensure your privacy and data safety. All information is kept in the strictest confidence and is not used for purposes other than communication with us, nor is it passed on to any person or agency outside our organisation. Any communication is carried out discreetly to protect your privacy.
To become a member please use our secure payment online membership form or download the hardcopy membership form (300KB PDF) for posting or faxing.
Membership information
- Our annual membership fees are due on 1 March each year.
- People in NSW (Australia) who are experiencing financial hardship are invited to select the concession or zero fee box.
- The minimum payment for an overseas membership is $10 (Aust) plus the relevant postal surcharge.

We add the following postage and handling surcharge to overseas membership fees. This covers the cost of posting our quarterly magazine, The Hep Review
- Asia / Pacific = A$15.00
- Rest of the world = A$25.00
